Granola/Breakfast bars: 3-4 cups raw oats, flax seed, almonds, cashews, cranberries, T1/3 cup maple syrup, Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 cup Delizia Fused Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pat into baking sheet for 50 minutes on 275.
Turkey Meatballs, cooked in Green Chile oil, made with onion, parsley, salt/pepper, chopped garlic and dolup of tomato paste, bake 350 for approximately 18 minutes or longer!

Sweet Potato Fries: slice your potato place into a bowl and coat with your favorite balsamic vinegar (Cinnamon Pear, Traditional, Cranberry Pear, Tangerine, Maple or Vanilla Vinegar). I could go on but hopefully you understand, I am trying to cook simple and fast, not too many ingredients. I then place veggies on foil/parchment paper and roast until done. Usually, 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until crispy. I use this method for zucchini, squash, potato, eggplant, butternut squash, beets. Sprinkle sea salt/truffle salt, chipotle spice or any of our spice combos and roast on baking sheet. I usually do not use much oil unless using high temps, then just spray on baking sheet/foil. Meanwhile I'm on to another dish for that meal.
Roasted Tomato Bake 325, 60 minutes soft
2 tbs. 300+ Poly UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed, fresh marjoram or oregano Sea salt/pepper/ 1 lb. RomaTomatoes!1 1/2 cups shredded Fontina
1/4 cup fresh grated Pecorino Romano,cooked in pastry dough!
Roasted Garlic Almonds, coat almonds with favorite oil, cook on a baking sheet 300 for 15 minutes, dress with spice, I used rosemary, but have used chipotle.

Roasted Cauliflower: 1 c grated cheese and whisk until melted in 1 tsp EVOO. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, making sure to cover all the florets. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and season with pepper, then bake until golden brown and the cheese sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.
Oven roasted sweet potatoes in.....Cranberry Pear or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar! 350 degrees until tender!
Asian Cabbage Slaw: shred cabbage, small amount of kale, one onion sliced, cranberries & orange slices, almonds, Chicken breast Toss with Blood Orange Oil & Cranberry Pear BalsamicVinegar.
COMPOTE: blueberries, strawberries, oranges, honey, lemon/orange zest, use any great aged balsamic vinegar, Cranberry pear, Cara Cara Orange Vanilla. 2 cups berries, 1 tbsp of honey, 1-2 tbsp of balsamic, zest to taste. cook down slowly, pour over: pancakes, scones, angel food cakes, waffles, breakfast cookies! Dash of cinnamon won't hurt either.
Neopolitan Herb Aged Balsamic Vinegar - reduced over a simple caprese! Reducing is something I normally do not do, but here I needed to. Heat balsamic vinegar in sauce pan medium to low heat to desired thickness, do not boil!
