Tuscan Herb Chicken with Balsamic Glaze

Tuscan Herb Chicken with Balsamic Glaze
¼ C Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
6 medium chicken breasts
1 white onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T Honey
¼ C chicken stock
1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, onion, garlic, chicken stock, honey, and rosemary.
Whisk until fully emulsified.
Season chicken liberally with coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Place the chicken into the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Place chicken onto baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 —30 minutes. Remove from oven and let chicken sit for 5 minutes. Finish with a drizzle of the balsamic reduction.
Balsamic Glaze
1 C Traditional Dark Balsamic
Add the Traditional Balsamic to a small, nonstick pot.
Bring balsamic to a soft boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally until balsamic is reduced by at least half.
Remove from heat and set aside. Drizzle once chicken is ready.
